ch(s) - chain (pulling the yarn through the loop once)
dec - decrease (usually by doing sc2tog)
inc - increase one (usually done with two stitches in same stitch)
rep - repeat.
rnd(s) - round
sc - single crochet
sc2tog - single crochet 2 stitches together
2 sc in next sc - 2 single crochet in the next single crochet
sk - skip a stitch (another way to decrease)
st(s) - stitches
