Knitted Ballard Slouch Hat
Using smaller circular needle, CO 96 sts.
*Ktbl1, p1; rep from * to end.
Repeat until hat measures 1 inch from CO edge.
Switch to larger needle and work increase round as follows: *k8, m1* (12 times), k8 [108 sts on needle].

Round 1: *k1, yo, k1, yo, k4, sl 1, k2tog, psso, k3*.
Round 2 and all even rounds: Knit.
Round 3: *k1, [yo, k3] twice, sl 1, k2tog, psso, k2*.
Round 5: *k1, yo, k5, yo, k2, sl 1, k2tog, psso, k1*.
Round 7: *k3, sl 1, k2tog, psso, k4, yo, k1, yo, k1*.
Round 9: *k2, sl 1, k2tog, psso, k3, yo, k3, yo, k1*.
Round 11: *k1, sl 1, k2tog, psso, k2, yo, k5, yo, k1*.
Round 12: Knit.
Repeat until you have completed 30 rounds in total.
Notes: The hat turned out well, but the yarn and needles I used did not show off this pattern. I will probably want to do this pattern again with a less bulkier yarn.
